Winby Land Yachts are built by a small team of cabinet makers in Dorset. Our focus is to convert medium wheel base vans where the emphasise is on comfortable, flexible accommodation and crucially plenty of storage, whilst still being nimble enough to navigate the smallest of country lanes. Everyone has different needs though, so of course we are able to convert any other panel van for your next adventure.
Taking design inspiration from the elegance and sophistication of ocean yachts, our land yachts are individual and distinctive with sleek and elegant English Ash panelling throughout.
Our conversions maximise a van’s limited space with lots of neat solutions, including special hiding places; it’s all about combining functionality with the aesthetically pleasing.

It is daunting designing the interior for a van. That’s why we offer two layouts – PORT with a fixed bed and STARBOARD with plenty of day space and a fold up bed.
We have refined these two layouts to use every inch of available space and can supply with solar panels and extra battery packs so you can live happily off grid or at a campsite supported with the very best technologies and appliances.
